As Vice President People and Culture, Steve is responsible for ensuring that Enthuse is creating an environment where every team member has the opportunity to excel. In addition to leading human resource operations and talent acquisition, Steve continues to accelerate our people strategy through cutting-edge performance, employee development, and engagement programs. This people-first approach results in a best-in-class experience for our clients.
Prior to joining Enthuse, Steve spent nearly 13 years at Survey Sampling International where he began his career in sales, research management, and operations, before transitioning into a human resources leadership role. Additionally, Steve has had the opportunity to serve others on the boards of such non-profit organizations as Solar Youth (New Haven) and March of Dimes (CT Chapter).
Steve is a proud Fairfield University Stag, where he earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication and vocal performance, and then a Master of Arts in industrial psychology. He’s even prouder to be a father to Sophie and Connor with the loving support of his better-half, Kara.
