When Copper Dog wanted to bring its Blended Scotch Whisky to the United States, they knew they would need help getting off the ground. Alongside Copper Dog’s founders, we served as the brand’s stewards in the U.S. From establishing relationships with distributorships to social media community management to executing consumer and trade events, we ran the full gamut of brand management. Now, our ambassador team helps build relationships and brand affinity in six key markets, securing placement in some of each city’s most sought-after bars and retailers.

Though well-known in Europe as a premium espresso brand, Nespresso wanted to build relationships within the luxury hospitality and service industry in the United States. The problem? With so much competition, it was a challenge to stand out from the crowd – particularly in the B2B space. In order to reach and educate potential clients within the industry, they needed to create a memorable experience that embodied the premium nature of the brand.

In order to reach the most influential players in the luxury hospitality and service industry, we had to bring Nespresso to trade events like the National Restaurant Association Show, Star Chefs, and the Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards. Still, while those events offer the opportunity to meet potential clients in droves, it also makes it more difficult to stand out. With that in mind, we designed a luxurious lounge space that could easily adapt to cater to the audience of the day.

Upon entering the lounge, attendees were greeted by Nespresso’s professional baristas and taken through a multi-sensory experience. As they viewed, smelled, and tasted their premium espresso, baristas shared insights on the brewing process and the brand’s sustainability initiative. Beyond the sampling experience, the glamorous décor, sensory images, and video content narrated by George Clooney helped to convey the natural elegance of Nespresso’s suite of B2B products.

Ultimately, the experience has communicated to potential clients that Nespresso is the go-to brand of premium coffee by demonstrating how it can adapt to their individual business needs.
