Kristy Snyder

Kristy Snyder has experienced the potential that education has to empower people and change lives. As a lifelong educator, Kristy has taught children of all ages and across the educational spectrum –from academically gifted children to those with learning disabilities. While she found teaching personally rewarding, it didn’t offer the professional growth she was seeking. When Kim Lawton approached her with her vision of creating a women-owned experiential agency that centered on brand education as a core offering, Kristy saw an opportunity to utilize her background as an educator in an entirely new light.

Kristy’s skills as an educator align perfectly with her role as Chief People Officer at Enthuse where she is responsible for developing opportunities for employees to grow personally and professionally. Her strong communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, and, of course, patience, along with her unique ability to visualize a project from beginning to end, has been instrumental in anticipating business challenges before they occur.

Kim Pulczinski-Lawton

Kim Lawton is always thinking about what’s next. Her leadership style and strategic approach to brand-building has fueled a twenty-year career working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Kim’s ambitious spirit has taken her from her hometown in Northwest Minnesota to multiple U.S. cities and driven her to launch two marketing agencies, Inspira Marketing Group and Enthuse Marketing Group.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota, where she earned a dual degree in marketing and communications, Kim began her career in sales at Village Voice Media in Scottsdale, Arizona, before moving into executive roles at GMR Media, Momentum Worldwide, and Red Peg Marketing where she led campaigns for Jim Beam, Pepsi, Diageo, and Disney. In 2008, she and Jeff Snyder launched Inspira Marketing Group and grew the business to include prestigious clients such as Diageo, Nestle, and Henkel, and four offices nationwide.

While some would be happy to sit back and enjoy the ride, Kim was thinking about the possibilities for her future and considering a return to the West coast. But, as she began to research business opportunities, she became acutely aware of how underrepresented women are in the business community and had a vision to start a business that offered an opportunity to help other female entrepreneurs. In 2015, Kim approached her friend, Kristy Snyder, and asked her to partner with her on a new agency model that included a foundation to support female entrepreneurs and create a new community of thought leaders. It was through this vision that Enthuse Marketing Group and the Enthuse Foundation were born.

Kim has been featured in multiple publications, including Fortune and iMediaConnection. In her free time, she can be found on the golf course, spending time with her family, traveling around the globe, or sipping a Margarita.

Always caffeinated, Lisa can be found coaching her team, keeping up with those out in the field, and strategizing with her client partners—sometimes all at the same time.

She’s always available for a chat over Bulleit Rye Old Fashioneds and her Midwestern roots come out if challenged to a game of corn hole.

Maria Massa

Maria Massa is a firm believer in working hard while quirking hard. Her first endeavor into the spirits industry was as the self-proclaimed Ambassador Harassador supporting Diageo at MKTG. It was in this role that she honed her craft for delivering thorough education with a dollop of goofiness, a pinch of puns, and a sprinkle of bad-dad jokes. Maria has since gone on to support brand education and operational systems as a Brand Manager for a craft beer startup and as a Senior Operations Manager on the Diageo business.
